Little good things

What a world we live in, crazy things happening all around us but it's increasingly important to get out there and not be stuck. I took a breather after returning from my trip abroad, but as I found myself hunkering down and canceling things (sorry, but I couldn't do the retreat this year) I got stuck and scared.

I realized that I needed to get out there, and make a difference no matter how small of an an action it was. Even if it was just rooting for someone from the sidelines, like attending the Art Center Fundraiser yesterday at the Barewolf Brewery in #Amesbury because I believe in the cause, and think that Cat Debrocke, the founder, is amazing. I can't start an art non profit right now, but I can support her in doing so. And you can too! (Please check out www.instagram.com@artatthecenter). It's going to be a wonderful art+community all inclusive delight!
Today we bought laundry strips today at the Newburyport GreenExpo and learned how to compost our food. More little good things will add up. I feel kind of fragile right now but I realize I can do this, and I'll get going again.
To that end a little class in painting lilacs will be fun. Come join me if you'd like this Friday at The Coffee Factory. Let's get creative together! New work will be on display there too. 💚
