These lovely paintings are custom house portraits in luminous watercolor on watercolor paper or oil paint on canvas. The style is reminiscent of  Erin Napier's on HGTV's "Home Town". The paintings in the gallery are representative of my style. Please note, these are real paintings made with love. They are not made in Photoshop, but painted individually by hand and signed by the artist. They are a special homemade gift for your clients.

 

The watercolor painting is shipped flat, Priority Mail with USPS with a certificate of authenticity in a glassine pouch, ready for you to gift. The purchaser is required to sign for it. I will help you track it if need be. The oil paintings are more time consuming and take longer to dry. They are more upmarket and are perfect for a big client. They are shipped in a box and more insurance is taken out on them as they are more valuable. Again you must sign for them.

I paint your commission from a photograph that you email to me to tina.rawson@gmail.com. Remember to share any special details with me, or concerns if there are any. Typically I work from a listing photograph. The watercolors have a 10 day turnaround, unless it's a rush, and oils take a month.
